Yes. If you don’t see a part listed, call us at 1 (208) 991-8257. We can track it down and special order it for you.

Do you have everything in stock?

Many items ship from our own inventory, but some parts may be sourced directly from suppliers. We'll notify you if anything is delayed.

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes. Call us during business hours and we’ll help you place an order or answer any questions.

Shipping & Delivery

How are shipping costs calculated?

Most orders calculate shipping automatically at checkout. In some cases, we may follow up with a custom quote if the item is oversized or unusual.

What if shipping costs more than expected?

We will contact you to confirm before charging anything extra. If shipping isn't workable, we’ll cancel and refund your order.

How fast will my order ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days. We'll notify you if there are any delays.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S. For international orders, please contact us directly.
